Here’s some exciting news from YoloLiv, and since I’ve been using their gear for a while now, I want to share it with you. It’s right up the alley for videographers like us.
They’ve been making innovative live-streaming gear for years, and now they’re stepping things up. At NAB 2025, they’re showing off their new YoloBox Extreme and launching a whole line of cameras called YoloCam.
What’s Happening with YoloBox Extreme?
If you’ve followed YoloLiv, you know they’ve got a solid lineup—starting with the YoloBox OG, then the Mini, Pro, Ultra, and now the Extreme. I’ve been using their stuff since the OG days for live streaming work.
The YoloBox Extreme is their latest, and it’s ready to roll after tons of testing by creators worldwide. It’s already popped up at events like IBC 2024 and Inter BEE 2024, but NAB 2025 in Las Vegas is where it’s going to take the spotlight.
This thing has 8 HDMI inputs, 6 NDI inputs, and streams in real 4K. Plus, it’s got a big 11.2-inch OLED screen that makes monitoring a breeze. For me, those 8 inputs mean I could run a multi-camera setup—like a wedding shoot or a panel interview—without breaking a sweat. Switching live between so many sources saves me hours in editing later.
They’ve worked out the kinks with beta testers, so it’s stable and good to go. You can see it at Booth N3171 from April 6-9 if you’re at NAB—use code NS7657 to stop by. I won’t be there this year, but I’m still stoked to hear about it.
Meet the YoloCam Lineup
Here’s where it gets really interesting—YoloLiv is jumping into cameras! They’re bringing three new ones called YoloCam.
One of them, the YoloCam S7, has already been tested in some markets and got thumbs-ups from big YouTube camera reviewers. These are built for creators, and I’m betting they’ll pair nicely with the YoloBox gear. Imagine using the YoloCam S7 for a quick Tiktok live stream. More details are coming soon, but NAB 2025 is the official launch spot.
My Take as a YoloBox User
As someone who’s been streaming with YoloBox products for years, this news hits home. The Ultra and Instream have been my go-to devices for livestreams— because they’re easy to set up and reliable. The Extreme’s 4K and extra inputs make me think it could handle bigger gigs, like a concert or a corporate conference, without needing a full production crew. And the YoloCam? I’m curious if it’ll be a solid all-in-one tool for solo streamers like me. I’ll definitely be watching how these play out.
Quick Info on NAB 2025
NAB is one of the biggest trade shows for video and broadcast people. It’s happening April 6-9 in Las Vegas, and it’s the place to see new gear like this in action. Companies like YoloLiv use it to show off what they’ve been working on, and it’s a great spot for creators to get hands-on. I’m sitting this one out, but if you’re going, you’ll get a front-row seat to all this.
