First, I simply recorded myself sitting down on a chair.

- Open Capcut and start a New Project.
- Select the recording and tap on Add.
- Move the timeline forward to the part where I’m seated.
- Select the clip, go to the toolbar and choose Freeze.
- You will get 3 seconds of a frozen image.
- While the freeze frame clip is selected, go to the toolbar and choose Style.
- Select the Particle effect.
Wait for the effect to generate. Delete the extra clip behind and add an Overlay of my snapping fingers.
