What’s the best fast track video setting for Sony a7ii?

One time setup

— RESETTING THE CAMERA —
Go to Menu tab5 screen7.
Setting Reset | Initialize | OK
(Do this only once when you take over the camera from someone else who may have messed up the setting)
— SELECTING NTSC OR PAL —-
Beware! The SD card will be reformatted when doing jthis. So remember to transfer your files out from the card first.
Go to Menu tab6 page2.
NTSC/PAL Selector | PAL (for UK, Europe, and most Asia) / NTSC (for North America)
Note! NTSC or PAL doesn’t matter in digital video playback, BUT it matters if you want to avoid the flickering issue when shooting under fluorescent lights.
— SETTING VIDEO FORMAT —
Go to Menu tab1 page2.
File Format: XAVC S
Record Setting: 25p 50M (for PAL) / 30p 50M (for NTSC)

— SWITCHING TO VIDEO MODE —
Set Mode Dial to video mode.
— FORMATTING SD CARD —
Insert the SD Card.
Press the MENU button.
Go to Menu tab5 screen5.
Format SD CARD. (Do this once for every new project to ensure sufficient storage space)

— SETTING MANUAL EXPOSURE —
Go to Menu tab2 screen1.
Exposure Mode: Manual Exposure
— FIXING SHUTTER SPEED —
FIX the shutter speed to 1/60 by adjusting the Rear Dial.
— SETTING ISO —
Press Fn.
Set ISO: 800
— ADJUSTING APERTURE —
Set the aperture for exposure depending on the scene by adjusting the front dial.
