Smove Mobile Review Part 4 – Motion Time Lapse with Auto Rotation

You don’t need programming skills to train your robot cameraman to move.

You just need to hold it and guide it like how you train a human baby to walk.

That’s what I did on a hilltop. Just me and my Smove Mobile smartphone stabilizer.

Your phone can record time lapse. Add the Smove Mobile, you get Motion Time Lapse.

“Time Lapse” is a video recording technique that makes time move faster than normal.

“Motion Time Lapse” is the same meaning, but now the video camera is also moving.

Watch the video and you will know what it means.

Here’s the 5-step set up procedure:

1. Set the smartphone stabilizer on a tripod.
2. Insert the smartphone and activate the app
3. Set the pan and tilt autorotation speed
4. Set the starting and ending view angles
5. Record the time-lapse video

Watch the video for the precise instructions.

It’s interesting how I can simply move the motorised arms to set the positions.

Like I said, it’s like training a baby to walk, though the machine learns a lot faster.

In the next post, I will be testing a unique feature that left-handers will definitely love.
