“Key Out” means making a color (green) transparent, so you can replace it with any other video clip, graphic or still image.

Prepare Background
- Put the background clip (shark tank) on V1.
Prepare Foreground
- Put the foreground clip (Adrian with green screen) on V2.
Add Ultra Key
- Go to the Effects tab
- Select Video Effects > Keying > Ultra Key
- Drag Ultra Key effect on top of the V2 clip (Adrian with green screen)
Pick the eyedropper
- Go to the Effects Control tab
- Click the arrow next to Ultra Key
- Click the eyedropper next to Key Color
Sample the green background
- With the eyedropper, click on the green background in the Program Monitor.
