Here’s my latest video where I explore Google’s VEO 3, an amazing AI video generator.

I’m based here in Singapore, and I was thrilled to find out that VEO 3 is now available in 73 countries, including ours!
Getting Started with VEO 3
Accessing VEO 3 is pretty straightforward. You can get limited access by subscribing to Google One for S$28.99 a month, which also gives you access to other Google AI applications like Flow, Whisk, and 1,000 monthly AI credits.
If you’re serious about video creation, the full version is available for S$359 per month.
How to Use VEO 3
Here’s a quick rundown on how to use it:
* Head over to the Gemini website or use the Gemini app on your phone.
* Select “video” and make sure it says “VEO3”.
* Type in a clear and specific prompt. The more details you provide—like location, action, or mood—the better VEO 3 understands what you’re looking for.
* Hit the generate button and be patient! It might say 1-2 minutes, but expect to wait around 3 minutes or even longer.
* Once it’s done, you can download your awesome 8-second video clip.
Some Things to Keep in Mind
Now, VEO 3 is fantastic, but it’s not perfect. Sometimes, the generated videos might have a few hiccups, like missing sound.
Also, the system doesn’t tell you how many video generations you have left before hitting your limit.
It also struggles with creating realistic children and can’t create celebrities directly, although I discovered some creative workarounds.
And occasionally, you might encounter some gibberish in the subtitles.
What I Love About VEO 3
Despite these minor issues, I’m genuinely impressed with the realistic visuals and sound that VEO 3 produces.
In my video, I show several examples, including a woman trying AI durian, a Singaporean neighborhood in Tanah Merah, and even a singing character. The results are truly stunning!
I’d love to hear your thoughts on VEO 3. Drop a comment below and let me know what you think!
