7 Vloggers to Follow on YouTube in 2020

Who are the best YouTube vloggers to follow in this year?

The world’s best may not be the best for you and me.

I am looking to follow and emulate vloggers that work alone and do not do pranks, drama and entertainment stuff.

So here are my top favorites… actually, most of them used to work alone, but after becoming famous, they now have a production team…

  1. Casey Neistat… I have to watch whenever Casey releases a new video. I am inspired by how he makes his life so interesting with an underlying story. I also pay attention to the types of cameras he uses in different environments. Used to be daily posting… Now random.
  2. Nas Daily… If I want to create the next informative video, I watch Nas’s postings for inspiration. I look out for how he shoots his scenes, how he edits the audio and texts, and of course how he structures his story. He is more famous on Facebook than on YouTube. Used to be daily… Now weekly.
  3. LiZiQi… Known as a food vlogger with beautiful rural scenes, I follow LiZiQi because she is a big hit in China. I am now trying to emulate the way she shoots her scenes and cuts her videos. She used to create videos all by herself on an iPhone… Now she has a production team.
  4. Sam Chui… The aviation guy. I love to shoot videos of the view outside an aircraft window. I also love the cruising feeling on a plane. Sam manages to capture all that on video and more. Now he even has access to the pilots’ cockpit… And it’s a learning experience to see how he sets up multiple cameras to capture the action.
  5. Michelle Phan… Michelle is back after leaving YouTube for years. She’s a beauty vlogger. I don’t follow her for her makeup tutorials, but for her storytelling techniques. Again she used to create videos alone… Now she has a team… And a company providing the production service.
  6. Marques Brownlee… I follow MKBHD for his tech reviews. This is where I get inspired for my own tech reviews.
  7. Keder Comier… Ok, the production quality is negative on this one, BUT Keder makes a lot of money with his YouTube videos. So he must be doing something right.

So which vlogger are you following on YouTube in 2020? Why?
